1pkg taco shells - soft corn or hard
2lb ground beef or ground chuck
2 cans green chili peppers (chopped)
1 can rotel tomatoes
1/2 head of lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 bag shredded cheese-colby
1 block of philly cream cheese
*can use other cheese if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef or chuck and drain. Add the chili peppers and rotel tomatoes (drain); season with salt and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add cream cheese & let melt into the beef. Dice lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Heat shells in microwave for 10 seconds. Add meat and diced vegetables as desired. (chopped olives are good too ~ also can switch cream cheese with sour cream) DO NOT add taco seasoning
