8 oz. pouch crab meat, 1/3 c. chopped celery, 1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp. minced onions, dash salt, pepper to taste, 1 boiled egg, chopped.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Shred crab with fork. Chill and serve with crackers.

Copp's used to have this in their deli. After they discontinued making it, I was forced to duplicate it. I think this is close to their recipe.
