1 lb round steak
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 can (14 oz) beef broth
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
4 cups broccoli flowerets
4 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:

Slice beef into very thin strips.

In bowl, mix cornstarch, 1 cup broth, sugar, and soy sauce until smooth; set aside.

Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Set beef aside.

Add remaining broth, garlic powder, ginger and broccoli. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes.

Stir cornstarch mixture and add to skillet. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Return beef to pan. Heat through.

Serve over rice.
