1 1/2 cups chopped green onions
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
8 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 can (6 oz) crabmeat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
Assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, saute onions and garlic in butter until tender. Transfer to 3 quart slow cooker; add mayonnaise. Stir in cheese. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Stir in crab; cover and cook 1 hour longer.

Serve spread warm with crackers
