Open jar, insert spoon into the jar, insert into the mouth. (make sure I have a bib on). Scrape the mouth and reinsert as needed. Don't stop till all gone!

Prefer carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, applesauce, peaches, bananas and pears. Peas tend to give me gas!
