2 pkgs. yeast (disolved in 1/2 c. warm water)
warm water
6 c. flour,
1 1/4 c. sugar,
1 c. warm shortening,
pinch salt


Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 pkgs yeast in 1/2 c. warm water. Set aside.
Put 6 cups flour in a big bowl, then start adding warm water to flour enough to mix up then add shortening & sugar & salt and Yeast.
Mix well, put 2 c. flour on flat table, pour batter on flour and mix flour into batter. Grease a big bowl well and put batter in bowl and put in warm place & cover. Let stand for 1 hr. or until rises above bowl. Then make out buns and put in greased pan and let rise again and then bake. 350 - 35 min.
