Graham Cracker Crust
Pecan Filling:
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup chopped pecans

Chocolate filling:
1 cup hot milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:

Heat oven to 350

Beat eggs in small bowl until blended. Add sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt; beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 40-55 minutes or until center of pie is puffed.

Cool one hour.

In blender, combine all chocolate filling ingredients. Cover and blend one minute or until smooth. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until mixture is slightly thickened.

Gently stir chocolate filling; pour over cooled pecan filling. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
