2 lbs lean smoked sausage, cut in

small pieces
8 ears fresh corn, cut in half
8 med. red potatoes
4 qts water (depending on pot size)
2 large sweet onions, cut in wedges
1/2 c Shrimp/crab boil.
2 to 4 lbs large shrimp in shells
2 tbsp salt
1 can beer

Directions:
Directions:
In 8 qt pot, bring seasoning, salt, water and beer to boil. Add potatoes and onions: cook for 8 min. Add sausage: continue to cook for 5 min. Add corn: cook 7 min. Add shrimp: cook 4 min. Serve in bowls.
