1/2 c butter (1 stick),
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1 c. sifted bread flour less 2 Tbsp.,
1 c. chopped pecans
powdered sugar for rolling cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter. Then beat in granulated sugar. Add vanilla, flour, pecans.
Roll batter in the palm of your hand the size of a butterballs and place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until light brown.
Roll each cookie in powdered sugar while still hot. Roll again when cookies are cool.
