1 head broccoli (or 2 pkgs frozen) chopped
1 qt. half & half
1/2 9 oz. brick cheddar cheese cubed
1/2 9 oz. brick munster cheese cubed
1 pkg. mushrooms sliced
2 Tbsp. chicken boullion
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1.5 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Using a large pot, saute mushrooms in butter. Add flour to make a rue (paste). With pot on medium heat, dilute rue with 1 - 2 c milk. Pour in broccoli with a little water. Increasing heat, add the half brick of each cheese and stir to melt. Check flavoring. Add chicken boullion and half & half. Heat to warm. Do not boil.
