1 lb ground beef
1 lb pork sausage
4 cans (16 oz each) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (16 oz) pinto or chili beans
5 cans (10 oz each) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp crushed red pepper (add more to spice it up)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

In skillet, cook beef and pork, drain grease. Transfer meat to crock pot. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until vegetables are tender.
