2/3 lb Romanian Feta, cheese
1 1/2 c Kalmata olives
1 jar (6.5 oz) Marinated artichoke Hearts
2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 large cucumber, sliced
1/2 c Red Wine Vinegar
1 Red Onion, separated into rings
2 Romaine Hearts, chopped

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss carefully. Chill & Serve
