1/4 CUP CORN STARCH,
3 EGG YOLKS,
PINCH OF SALT,
2 1/2 CUPS MILK,
1 TSP VANILLA,
1 CUP COCONUT

Directions:
MIX FIRST FIVE INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER AND BLEND WELL. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT STIRRING CONSTANTLY TO PREVENT SCORCHING. WHEN THICKENED, ADD VANILLA, BUTTER AND ABOUT 2/3 OF THE COCONUT. POUR IN COOKED PIE SHELL. COVER WITH MERINGUE AND TOP WITH REMAINING COCONUT. BROWN IN 350 DEGREE OVEN.
