2 lb Ground Chuck
1 pkg McCormick Meat Loaf Seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
3/4 cup shredded chedder cheese
3 pc bread toasted
1/2 c. oatmeal
2 eggs

Ketchup Topping:

1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp yellow mustard
2 tsp worchestershire sauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all of the meatloaf ingredients together and put in a 9x13 baking pan. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes to an hour unitl meat temperature reaches 170 degrees.

About 20 minutes before meat loaf is done top with ketchup topping and bake uncovered for the remaining time.
