3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until blended. Heat skillet. Butter skillet bottom when hot. Pour just enough batter to cover bottom of pan - similar to a crepe. When bottom is brown, flip pancake. Remove from pan when done. Roll up and eat! Yum!
