2 cloves minced garlic
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
2 T. flour
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 14-oz. can arthichoke hearts (drained and quartered)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. half & half
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
cooked spinach fettucine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and mushrooms in butter 3-5 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon. Add flour and wine. Cook until thickened, approximately 4 minutes. Add the mushrooms, artichokes, Parmesan and half & half. Stir in salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly but do not boil. Gently toss in fettucine.
