1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg lemon jello
1 lemon rind, grated
3/4 cup water
4 eggs
3/4 cup salad oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients together. for 35-40 minutes. Poke cake with fork. Make frosting by combining 1/3 cup lemon juice, powdered sugar and 2 Tbsp water. Pour over cake while still warm.
