1 cup light karo syrup
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups raw spanish peanuts

1Tbsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart or larger sauce pan, mix together karo syrup, sugar and peanuts. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and do not stir. Cook to 300 or hard crack. Remove from heat, and add baking soda. Stir with a wooden spoon. Mixture will froth to the top of the pan. Pour onto greased cookie sheet and spread as thin as possible. Allow to cool and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
