1/2 Cup powdered sugar
1 Cup butter (softened)
2 Cups flour

Filling:
1 8 0z Cool Whip
1 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 Cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix top 3 ingredients, make 36 balls. Flatten balls in tart pan. Bake 350 for 7 minutes. Reshape cup with handle of knife. Finish baking for another 8-10 minutes til golden brown.

Beat cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip.
Fill tarts and top with cherries (cherry pie filling)
