1 loaf cocktail sized Rye Bread
2 medium Cucumbers
Miracle Whip
Lemon Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange rye bread on decorative tray(s). Spread each piece with a dollop of Miracle Whip. Slice Cucumber into rounds (1/8-14 inch thick) and put 1 each on bread slices. Spinkle each with a generous amount of lemon pepper. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refridgerate overnight. Serve cold.

A great fresh taste for summer. If you can get rye rounds that's best, but the square will do. Also can use pumpernickel if that's your preference, but it must be Miracle Whip or the flavors don't blend.
