8 oz imitation crab, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 tsp dried oregano
3 pita bread, separated into six rounds
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix crab, mayo, pepper, onion, jack cheese, and oregano until well blended. spread 1/6 of mixture on inner, rough side of each pita. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil 4-5 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly.
