1 head lettuce, shredded
1 medium onion, finely chopped
bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 bunch spinach leaves, shredded
5 eggs, hard boiled and diced
1 pkg. peas, frozen
salad dressing
1 pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. sugar

Layer in a 9 x 13 inch pan as follows:

1st- shredded lettuce with 1 tsp. of sugar
2nd- chopped onions
3rd- bacon
4th- shredded spinach
5th- boiled eggs (diced)
6th- frozen peas
7th- spread salad dressing over top (as much as

Sprinke top with cheddar cheese. Refrigerate and serve.
