2/3 lbs. vanilla wafers
3 Tbsp. butter, softened
8 sticks peppermint candy, crushed
1 1/2 pints whipping cream
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
3/4 pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Crush vanilla wafers until fine. Mix with softened butter.
Put 1/2 of mixture into a 8 x 11 inch pan. Pat it down.
Whip cream until stiff and add the marshmallows. Add pecans and finely crushed peppermint candy.
Stir until thoroughly mixed and spread over vanilla wafer crumbs. Cover with remaining crumb mixture.
Chill for 24 hours.
Serve and enjoy!!
