2 c. whipping cream
6 oz. semisweet chocolate, coursely chopped (chocolate chips
are fine)
1/3 c. sugar
4 beaten egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium heavy saucepan combine the whipping cream,
chocolate and sugar. Cook, stirring over medium heat about
10 minutes or until comes to a full boil and thickens. (If
chocolate flecks remain, use a wire wisk to beat mixture until
blended.)

Gradually stir all the hot mixture into the beaten egg yolks and
stir in vanilla. Divide into 8 serving glasses or ramekins.
Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.
