bread pieces
3/4 c raisins
5 c milk
5 eggs
2-1/2 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp margarine,melted
vanilla

Cinnamon Sauce:
1 quart apple juice
1 pint water
1-1/2 c sugar
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Fill pan with broken up bread. Add raisins. Mix milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, margarine and vanilla. Pour over bread.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake about 1 hour at 350.
Combine ingredients for sauce and heat. Thicken with starch.

Serve pudding warm, topped with sauce.
