1 package active dry yeast or quick-rise yeast
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1T. cornmeal
1 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. In measuring cup dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup of very warm (not hot) water about 105-115 degrees F
2. In a large mixing bowl, stir flour,salt, and yeast mixture until blended. Cover bowl with wax paper and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
3. lighty grease 12-14 inch pizza pan with olive oil, sprinkle greased pan with cornmeal.
4. Pat dough onto a lightly floured work surface working it into the pans shape.
5. Transfer dough to pizza pan sharing into 1/2 inch high rim at pans edge
6. Place into a oven that has been preheated to 425 F. Baking time can range from 20-30 minutes depending on amount of toppings added. Check bottom of crust for doness.

You cannot rush dough, it is best to use this recipe when you are not pressed for time. The more you handle or knead the dough the denser the crust will become.
