1 chicken breast, cooked and cut into small pieces
1 large avocado
1 large purple onion, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
2 or more hot peppers, chopped
juice of 3 lemons
3 or 4 Chinese parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Soak onion and peppers in the lemon juice for 1 hour. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and carefully. Put over tostadas (tortillas fried).
