1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 3/4 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. cashews, chopped
3 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter together until smooth. Add peanut butter eggs and cashews mixing well. Mix flour,sugars and soda together ,add the butter mixture and the vanilla and milk to the flour mixture. Mix well. Form dough to a golf ball size and place on a cookie sheet. Press the top of each cookie with a fork forming an X. Bake in a 375 oven for 1-15 minutes or until done. Let cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet
