3 eggs
cup sugar (You may add more if you like it sweeter)
5 to 6 Tbsp. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Pinch of Salt
8 oz. Sour Cream
cup butter (melted)
1 can Cream Style Corn

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well with fork. Add sugar and salt. Blend well. Add sour cream, butter and corn. Add muffin mix and blend. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top should be light brown.

Check at 30 minutes by sticking a knife in the center of the dish. If it comes out clean it is ready.
