3 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
2 T. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks
Powdered Sugar
FILLING:
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
3/4 c sugar
1 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 t. vanilla

Cookie:
Chop flour and butter together like you were making pie dough. Mix in baking powder. Mix in the sour cream and egg yolks. Mix well and chill for 1 hour,
Filling:
Add sugar and vanilla to beaten egg whites. Beat to stiff peaks, add walnuts. Mix together and set aside.
PUT THEM TOGETHER:
Take a small amount of dough out and roll it out real thin. Cut it into 2 1/2 inch squares. Put a teaspoon of filling in the corner of each square. Fold the dough over diagonally and seal the edges.Bake in a 350 oven for 15-20 minutes or until done. Roll in powdered sugar while hot.
