1 # Walnuts
1 # Ritz Crackers
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. fresh ground nutmeg
1/2 t. cloves
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten
Cream or half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up the walnuts and crackers in the food processor until ground fine. Add the rest of the ingredients,adding eggs last.Mix while adding ingredients.. If to dry to hold together add a little milk until the dough just holds together. Bake for 10 minutes in a 350 oven. The cookies should be dry. Pat out to about 1/4 inch thick and cut them into pieces 1 inch by 3 inches.

There is a special cookie cutter for these cookies that measures about 1x3

If lazy or tired roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into squares. Place on cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes or until done.
