2 whole ducks, (pat dry before browning)
apple, onion & orange
butter
flour
water
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ducks over medium heat in frying pan using a Tbsp. or more of butter. Remove ducks from pan when brown and pour off most of the oil in pan. Let ducks cool and then stuff with sliced apple, onion and orange. Sprinkle a rounded Tbsp. of flour in pan and parch to light brown. Let pan cool and with spatula, mix browned flour and about 3/4 cup water to make gravy. Put stuffed ducks in gravy, add salt and pepper and cover. Put pan in oven warmed to 325. Cook for about 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 275 until tender.
