2 c. yellow cornmeal
2 c. flour
5 t. baking powder
1/2 c. lard
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk with 1/2 t. vinegar added to it
3/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Add milk if too thick. Should be like cake batter.. Pour into a 9x13 greased cake pan and bake in a 425 oven for 20-30 minutes or until a broomstraw comes out clean.
