4 eggs, well beaten
1 t. salt
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. pepper
4 half egg shells full of water
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add the seasonings and water to the beaten eggs. Add flour a small amount at a time until you have a thick sllightlly stiff dough. Pour out on a board and Knead for 3 minutes. Roll out to 1/8 inch thick, flour the surface and roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into 1/4 inch wide strips and let dry for 30 minutes before using.
