3 (10-oz.) packaged frozen chopped spinach
1 cup sour cream
1 package dry onion soup mix
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain spinach. Mix sour cream and onion soup mix and stir into spinach. Put into casserole. Melt butter. Add crumbs and cheese to butter and put on top of spinach mixture. Bake at 325 for 30 - 40 minutes or until set.
