1 lbs White fish cooked & flaked (boiling works well)
1/2 lb bacon (cut into bite sized pieces)
1 cup chopped onions
2 cups peeled & diced potatoes
1 can corn
salt & pepper to taste
2 cans- or 2 small bags of shrimp
2 cups of water
3 tbsp melted butter
12 oz can evaporated milk
1 can cream corn
1 cup sour cream
season salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
shredded colby monterey jack cheese
1- 1/1/2 cups of water

Fry bacon until crispy. Towards the end of frying add onion & garlic. Remove with slotted spoon into a kettle, add 1 cup of water, potatoes and corn. Cook until potatoes are tender, add more water if needed. Mix sour cream, evaported milk & season salt. Once potatoes are cooked add milk mixture then butter, shrimp, fish, corn, and then add salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Top with cheese prior to serving, garnish with parsely.
