2 pkgs blackberry jello (or any dark jello)
2 cups boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup blueberry pie filling
Topping:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the jello, boiling wataer, pineapple and blueberry pie filling together till well combined. Pour into a stemmed glass bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Topping:
mix all ingredients except the nuts together and beat well. Fold in nuts. Pour on top of the jello mix and chill at least 2 more hours.

This is a quick and fabulous Sunday desert---use your imagination and create other combos. Try a red jello with cherry pie filling. Great! Serve with a sprig of fresh mint on top.
