7 c zucchini
2/3 c lemon juice
1 c sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon

3 c flour
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c sugar

1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pastry-cut butter, flour,salt, sugar together, press 2/3 of crumb mixture into buttered 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Pour zucchini mixture into baked crust. Add 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/3 cup brown sugar to the remaining crumb mixture. Sprinkle over zucchini and bake for 30 minutes.
