2 c flour
2 tsp soda
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 c fruit cocktail undrained
1/2 c nuts
1/4 c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well, flour, soda, sugar and salt. Add eggs and fruit cocktail, mix well and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle nuts and brown sugar on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
