2 large eggs 1 c oil 2 c flour 2 c sugar 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 4 c sliced apples 1/2 c black walnuts or desired nut.
Beat eggs until foamy and add oil. Add flour sugar, soda and salt. Fold in sliced apples and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 º for 40 to 45 minutes. Top with cream cheese frosting.
