1- 3 oz. carton cream cheese
2 c. confectioners sugar
7 T. cocoa
2 T. butter
1//2 t. vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Cream the cheese and butter until its smooth, slowly add the sugar,cocoa,vanilla,salt and nuts. Press into a greased 9x9 pan and chill until firm. This is a rich candy.
