2 c. sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 c. skinless peanuts, unsalted
2 t. soda
1 t. vanilla
1 t. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 2 sheet pans. Mix the syrups, sugar and water together in a 5 quart pan and cook to 280 degrees. Remove from heat , add the peanuts mixing well. the candy out onto the sheet pans. You want it about 1/4 inch thick. Use 2 pans if necessary. When cold break into serving size pieces.Add the vanilla, butter and soda. As soon as the foaming has stopped pour
