1 1/2 lbs. ground sirloin
2 lg. egg whites
1 carrot, shredded
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. dries basil leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. old-fashioned oatmeal
1 c. tomato juice
1/3 c. chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix together ground sirloin, egg whites, carrot, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix together oatmeal and tomato juice, let sit for 5 minutes and combine with meat mixture. Transfer to a 13x5x3 in. loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and cover top with chili sauce. Return to oven for 20 minutes longer. Drain any excess grease.
