1 (15 oz.) can sweet potatoes (yams), drained and mashed
4 c. all-purpose baking mix
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. skim milk
3 tbsp. margarine, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.

In a mixing bowl, mix the mashed yams with the baking mix and cinnamon. Add the milk and margarine to the mixture, stirring until blended. Roll on a floured surface to 1 in. thickness. Cut with a 2 in. cutter and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
