2 Large onions, sliced thin
2 c. half and half
1 t. salt
1/2 t. white pepper
1 clove garlic,smashed and minced

Directions:
Directions:
Pre cook onion's and garlic in water just covering them, bringing them to a boil and cooking them until just tender. Add remaining ingredients to the onions and heat to serving temperature. Serve with croutons.
