1 lb. ground chuck
12 oz. noodles, med size
1/2 med onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. frozen peas
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Cook the noodles in salted water. Drain and set aside. While noodles are cooking saute meat until browned.Add the onions to the meat part way through the browning process. Break your chuck into small pieces as it is browning. Add the soups,and seasonings to the meat mixture.
Stir in well. add the noodle's mixing well. Grease a 9x13 casserole and pour the meat-noodle mixture into it. Bake in a 350║for 30 minutes. During the last 10 minutes sprinkle the cheese over the top of your casserole
