2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
24 oz. pkg. hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 oz. can french fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion. Put in 9x13 pan. Top with hash brown potatoes. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30min. Cover with onion rings, then bake 10 minutes more.
