2 # ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, smashed and minced
6 green olives, chopped
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 32 cans of whole tomatoes
1 #2 can of water
2 t. oregano
1 t. basil
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Instant potatoes.

Brown the meat adding the onion part way through. Drain well. Place the tomatoes in a blender and coarsely chop.Place the tomatoes and the balance of the ingredients in a 5 qt sauce pan . Add the meat mixture and cook over low heat for at least 3 hours. Do not booil.If the sauce needs to be thickened, use the instant potatoes. Serve over spaghetti with lots of Parmesan cheese
