2 # ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1 slice white bread, tore into small pieces
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 t. oregano
1/4 t. garlic powder
2 large cans tomatoes
Spaghetti, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat and onions together, Drain well. Soak Bread in the milk and set aside. Add the seasonings and tomatoes to the meat mixture. Stir in the egg and bread mixtures. Cook over low heat for 2-3 hours.Serve over spaghetti with Parmesan cheese.
