1 Frying chicken, cut up
2 c. flour
1 c.cornmeal
1 T. corn starch
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 T. thyme
1 t. paprika
1/2 t. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all seasonings in a large plastic bag along with the flour and corn meal, mix well. Place chicken in bag and shake well to cover chicken. Fry the chicken in about 1 inch of oil, turning once when golden brown.
